Prepare your system for live video
Visit our demo page to see if you're able to view the video playing.  If no video is playing or there are problems please come back to this page to see what might apply to your situation. 
Many issues are resolved by downloading the most current version of your media player.
Update Media Player

If you don't have the current Windows Media Player, select the following link that matches your operating system and download the current player. We do not currently support Linux.

Why does my audio sound like chipmunks are singing?
Please follow the instructions in this link to turn hardware acceleration off for your sound card.   This is a quick fix.  A permanent fix would be to reinstall your sound drivers as they may have been corrupted.
Why is my video stuttering and/or freezing intermittently?
Please follow the instructions in this link to turn off hardware acceleration for your video.  This is a quick fix.  A permanent fix would be to download the latest video card drivers for your computer from your computer manufacturer. 
I have a MAC and have installed flip4mac and I'm still not seeing any video playing
First if you haven't installed Flip4Mac go to the link above and download and install Filp4Mac. Once the installation is complete continue.

ctrl click on the link that says "Click here to launch and view live broadcast using windows media player"
Select "Copy Link Location"
Open Quicktime player
Select file --> open url
In the dialog box that opens right click and select "paste"
Select ok
After a few seconds the file should begin to play.



I'm unable to view any live video playing at all
  • If you're stream looks like it tries to start, then remains on a black screen or reports error Error C00D11D4, please try the following steps:
    1. Open Windows Media Player, menu Tools > Options> Network.
    2. Uncheck UDP
    3. Close WMP
    4. Then reconnect to see the content.
    If it's still not working, your firewall may be preventing the video from playing.  Please temporarily disable your firewall (Norton's Internet Security, ZoneAlarm)
