Personally Identifiable Information: When you make a purchase on our site, you provide the following information to IdoStream:

Telephone number 
Type of credit card you are using 
Credit card number and expiration date, or other form of payment

Navigational Information:
IdoStream uses aggregate information from demographic surveys and traffic patterns to customize our site. State-of-the-art comparison technology allows us to use this information to make recommendations to members based on previous traffic patterns and purchases.  IdoStream uses information only on an aggregate level and does not track information about individuals. Aggregate information may be shared with partners of IdoStream to plan advertising or promotions. We do not share any individual information. 

Who sees your video after they have been posted online?
You, your Invitees and their Invitees can see your video online. An Invitee is defined as anyone who is invited to the Idostream site to watch a video. Anyone who is invited to see an online must provide an userid and a password to access the site and view a streaming video.   However, as with any email, your Invitees could forward the email invitation to others, who will then be able to use the userid and password within the email, and see the video too.

IdoStream employees or employees of partner companies that provide services to IdoStream may see your videos. In addition, your video or personal account information may be seen by IdoStream employees in order to evaluate, validate, or correct problems with your account.

IP Addresses:

Your computer generates a unique identifier (its IP Address) that is communicated to a Web site when you communicate with the Web site. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with/administer our Site, and to provide technical support for IdoStream.

Cookies:
Simply put, a cookie is a small piece of information that web sites use to remember information about users. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use all of the features in our website, including ordering, access to streamed/shared videos, etc.

Transactional information:
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase experience at IdoStream is secure. We use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your user information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the information sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use Internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions. To be sure you're browsing secure pages, check your Web browser's status bar (located at the bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon. This icon appears in the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator to tell you that you are viewing a secure web page. Also, all browsers display an "s" after the "http" (https://…) in the Web site address to indicate that you're in a secure environment.

Data Security:
IdoStream uses a secured network to store your personal information. When you place an order or access personal information already stored in order to view or change, a secured server is used and information is transmitted via SSL encryption. 

You can further help to ensure your security by taking a few simple precautions. For instance, it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your IdoStream username and password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Opt-out: 

From time to time, IdoStream may use your personal information to contact you by electronic mail concerning your use of our services. These communications are intended to inform you of important information regarding your account, or about general services provided by IdoStream. We will also send you email regarding your account administration and necessary information, such as renewal information.
You may choose to remove you name from the site's mailing list by emailing us at support@idostream.com. 

Teen Policy:
IdoStream does not sell services for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use IdoStream only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
 

IdoStream will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.
You will only be asked for your member name and password when you initiate the contact and only if the member name and password are necessary to correct a service problem.
