page has been scheduled and setup. Just download our broadcast software
from within your account and install it on your PC. Once you
are broadcasting live, just call a friend or relative to
watch the live feed on the broadcast page using the username
and password you chose during event scheduling. The test live broadcast
time will not count against your purchased event live broadcast
time and you can test as many times as you need. We
recommend you test at least once onsite at the venue if
possible.
Yes, today there are several options where you can successfully
broadcast an outdoor wedding. You can use a wireless broadband air card

In most areas you can get up to 1.5mbps kbps upload speed for wireless
broadband. Please check
Sprint or Verizon
to see broadband coverage for your location. The
length of your outdoor broadcast is subject to the battery
life of your camcorder and your laptop.
Alternatively, we also offer an
Enhanced Live Broadcast

broadcast live. We'll send you a Camcorder, a tripod, a laptop
with built in broadband wireless from Verizon, and, one-click broadcast
software pre-installed. Once the event is over, you will send the

label.
The basic package includes up to 50 simultaneous player
connections. In other words you can have up to 50 computers
connected simultaneous to view the broadcast. Of course, you may
have more than several viewers at each computer. If you need
additional player connections, it can be purchased as an additional 50
player connection blocks. Alternatively, viewers can purchase a download
of the wedding for later viewing.
The basic package includes on-demand viewing for 90 days after the
event. Your visitors may view the wedding as many times as they
like during this 90 day period. If you require longer on-demand

that. We only count the time in which you are broadcasting
live. If you require a longer broadcast we can arrange it
for an additional fee by sending an email to sales@idostream.com.
If you cancel your service 10 days
prior to the wedding date, we will refund 100% of the service fee. If
you cancel within 10 days prior to the wedding date we will refund you
50% of the service fee. However, if you cancel two days
prior to your wedding date, no refund will be given. That's
because we open your channel for live broadcast testing two days prior
to the wedding date. At that point the service is considered
delivered.
We recognize you may not wish to deal with all the technical details in setting up a live broadcast and to rather focus more on catering to your guests.
We offer several options to make the process of broadcasting your event live as simple as possible.
1. We offer an Enhanced Live Broadcast package that includes all the equipment you'll need to quickly setup and easily broadcast live. We'll send you a Camcorder, a tripod, a laptop with built in broadband wireless from Verizon, and, one-click broadcast software pre-installed. Once the event is over, you will send the equipment back to us within 3 days on a pre-paid UPS mailing label.
2. Provide us with your videographer's contact information. We will partner with your videographer to setup the entire live broadcast for you provided your venue has internet access.
3. We also have a network of over 350 videographers located throughout the U.S. who can provide live webcasting service to you. Please call us at 860-681-5414 or email us at sales@idostream.com to find out if there is a local videographer in your area who can work with you.
Our service is not only competitively priced but we emphasize
first and foremost quality of service and quality of the live video
stream. All our live broadcasts are fully monitored by our
staff. We also recognize occasionally one or two viewers may have
difficulty viewing the live broadcast because of their computer
configuration. Therefore, we provide live technical support chat
for all live broadcasts that we do.
If you're considering using a free webcasting site or
another live webcasting provider, make sure you check that
they offer the same kind of support we do for your viewers
and for you.
In addition, we've partnered with a Content-Delivery Network (CDN)
to bring you the best live video quality with minimum interruptions.
This means a viewer from India watching a live broadcast from the U.S.,
for example, would connect to a server closest to them, say Japan,
rather than connecting to a single server in the U.S.. When
shopping around, ask our competitors whether they use a CDN or not.
Lastly, we offer a wedding themed and password protected
broadcast page that includes a chat application and a
wedding guestbook for viewers to sign. There are no
intrusive advertising to deal with.
Many free live webcasting sites deliberately lower the
quality of the video stream in order to accommodate for the
thousands of live webcasts that are occurring simultaneously
on their site. The reliability also suffers because
of this.
We use a content delivery network (CDN) that has
streaming servers located in all major parts of the world.
This allows for smooth streaming without interruption
regardless of where the viewers are located.
We recognize that every viewer's computer is different
and they may have a problem watching for various reasons.
Therefore, we provide live chat technical support for
viewers to give you the peace of mind that all your guests
will be able to watch. In addition, we provide
telephone support for you the broadcaster where you can
reach us at any time during the live broadcast. We
also monitor your live webcast and if it goes down for
whatever reason (loose cable, internet onsite goes down
etc), we will call you immediately to restart the live feed.
If you're considering using a free webcasting site or
another live webcasting provider, make sure you check that
they offer the same kind of support we do for your viewers
and for you.
We've done hundreds of live wedding webcasts and have
the experience to ensure your live event will be a
successful one rather than leaving you to your own devices
like Ustream.
Lastly, we offer a wedding themed and password protected
broadcast page that includes a chat application and a
wedding guestbook for viewers to sign. There are no
intrusive advertising to deal with.
Yes, if your wedding is still months away, you can reserve a live
broadcast for your special day with a $25 non-refundable deposit.
We will contact you either by phone or email approximately one

also send you an email invoice at that time for you to purchase either
our Basic or Enhanced Live Broadcast package. Your deposit
will automatically be applied towards your purchase of a broadcast
package.
I Do Stream takes our service commitments very seriously. We
are dedicated to high customer satisfaction.

moment you order our services. Besides making sure you have a good
setup experience with us, we also make sure the online viewers of your
special event will have a trouble free viewing experience by making
technical support chat part of our standard service.
